If you have ever imagined the villa of your wishes in a wonderful, and a faraway place, you might have dreamt one of the houses of the Araki Villas Resort.

This is the resort of 3 unique villas that we have envisioned in this area where nobody before considered it possible: it is in the most western coast of the island of Karpathos, just 70 mt from a magnificent and wide sandy beach surrounded by rocks and stones in the area of Araki, over a degrading platform lifted 50 mt over the sea level with a breathtaking view over the Island of Kassos, refreshed by the morning breeze and everyday embraced by the vivid and warming colours of the sunset.
Our team has worked for 29 uninterrupted weeks to build and shape the Villas that we envisioned and that could benefit at the best from the wildness and uniqueness of spot. And today the Araki Villas Resort is the outcome of this challenging and exciting work!
The area is about 5 and ½ km west of the International airport of Karpathos and 4 and ½ km south of the beautiful Village of Arkasa, just few hundred meters from the ruins of the ancient temple of Aghios Theodoros.
The Resort comprises a land of 6000 sqm , within an green and untouchable area in excess of 300.000 sqm, on a wide peninsula extending towards the Island of Kasos, just 1 km of the beach of Agrilaopotamos. Walking from the land of the Resort for no more than 400mt walk you can reach half a dozen of beautiful and unexplored beaches.
The Araki Villas Resort is composed of 3 villas, (a 4th villa will be built within the next 18 months). Villa Nike and Villa Armatia, now ready for a new owner are put on sale fully equipped . They have been built along the Aegean Greek Style wisely combined with Italian design of the interiors, the whole enhanced by spacious windows - to fully merge it with the outward and by the comfort of the shapes and materials . The surroundings of the Villas combine the colours of the local bushes varying from the violet of the thyme to the silver green of the juniper with a strong green of the surrounding mantle of walkable grass.
